Returns Policy

If you need to return an item within one week of receiving your order, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can also call us at 860-526-8420.

Damaged or missing items: All items are inspected at the time of placement into U.S. inventory. Should you have a problem with damage in transit to you from The Best of Europe, please contact us immediately. Keep the box and damaged goods until we are able to ascertain whether or not a claim needs to be made to the shipping carrier.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Most orders ship within 24 hours and standard ground shipping to the contiguous USA takes anywhere from 3-9 business days depending on your proximity to Connecticut.
