SPIRIT OF THE GREEN MAN NOTECARD was created in Scotland from an original painting by Courtney Davis. Inside of the 5" square card is blank. Comes packaged with envelope. Story of design on back of card. (The Spirit of the Green Man embodies the energy of Nature and the Creative Force that brings Nature back to life each spring after its death as imposed by winter. In Celtic mythology, the Green Man was known as Cernunnos, Lord of the Animals, and guardian of the doorway between the natural kingdom and the Underworld.)
