"THE CATS OF CELTIA" COVERLET is taken from an original design by Courtney Davis. There are many references to cats in Celtic mythology. Three of those references are to the cat that helps guard the gate to the Underworld; a cat that shape-shifts into a ball of fire; and Irusan of Knowth, a cat that steals children like a fairy. The coverlet is approximately 50"x60" with fringe on all four sides. Triple-woven in the U.S.A. of 100% cotton. Machine washable, pre-shrunk and color-fast. Packaged with artist/design information.
