WINTER DREAMING OPEN EDITION GICLEE PRINT is from an original acrylic on canvas painting (30" x 40") done by Josephine Wall in 1995. The print is 11" high x 14" wide, unmatted, with linen liner. The term "giclee" is derived from the French "to spatter". Tiny drops of ink are sprayed at very high speed onto paper or canvas to create high intensity color and detail. "Winter Dreaming shows a little maiden dreaming of days gone by. The story around comprises some of my favorite dreamy images based on Victorian times which is one of my favorite eras.
